We know...Managed Home Wi-Fi Service is a big way of saying Wi-Fi, but this service is bigger than just Wi-Fi. Let us explain what this service provides:
- A wireless router capable of handling Lynxx fiber internet and high speeds.
- 24/7 tech support where a technician can remote in to fix any issues or reset your password in one call.
- Command IQ software that will allow you to manage your wi-fi network and monitor what's happening on your network.
We are offering new and existing customers an opportunity to have one year of Managed Home Wi-Fi Service when they subscribe or upgrade to Gig internet speed. This is $120 in savings.
Here's how it works:
New customers: Subscribe to Gig internet, get one year of free Managed Home Wi-Fi Service ($120 savings) and free internet installation ($75 savings).
Current customers: Give us a call and let us know you'd like to upgrade to Gig speed at the rate of $79.95 and we will include the Wi-Fi service at no charge for a year. Already have the Gig speed? Let us know you'd like to add Wi-Fi free for a year. If you already have Gig speed AND our Wi-Fi service, let us know! You would also qualify for free Wi-Fi for a year!
The fine print (terms and conditions): If you downgrade your internet speed from the Gig speed, you're Wi-Fi service will be billed at the normal rate of $9.95 + tax per month. If you choose to discontinue the Managed Home WiFi Service, you will be responsible to return the equipment within 30 days of cancellation, or you will be billed for the equipment.
